As Head of Year my aim is for all students to have a positive experience of school achieving their full potential.
I expect all students to develop personal responsibility and independent working to make the most of all learning opportunities. To help achieve this I have a superb team of dedicated tutors who will support and guide the students to attain the very highest success possible in all areas of their education.
I regularly monitor assessment reports from HODs to identify those students that need support and to encourage and praise those that are ‘on track’. Excellent attendance is a key factor in ensuring maximum success, therefore in conjunction with my PSM (Mrs Louisa Smith) I monitor attendance, and make students aware of targets for improvement.
