Parent Mental Health Resources

The mental health triage team are a group of mental health professionals who help and support you with your mental health should you need it.

If you live in Hampshire or the Isle of Wight, you can talk to the team by calling 111 or go online at 111.nhs.uk, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Unloc is a Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing mini-site designed & co-created with members of Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust’s Youth Board.

The site has been created with young people aged 12-21 from across Hampshire in order to produce relevant, engaging & youth focused information covering topics such as:

> Self-Care
> Supporting Others
> Race & Mental Health
> Young Men’s Mental Health
> LGBTQ+ Mental Health
> Where to go for help - information about Hampshire & national youth mental health services all in one place

Teenagers and Parents can also get advice from CAMHS on any of these ‘common problems’ or ‘life issues’

What can I do next?

Have you looked at the relevant information and advice for the information you are looking for? Have you tried any of the self-help options? Have you accessed support from the suggested apps, websites and organisations that are listed?

If you are still not able to find the information or support you are seeking, then it might be helpful to speak to a CAMHS clinician. Please contact our Single Point of Access (SPA) number on 0300 304 0050.
